Examwyz collects only the information needed to create and deliver your study planner, manage subscriptions you choose to join, and operate the service.

Information we collect

When you create a planner, we may collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, optional university or provider, exam selection, study start date, weekly target hours, target mark and whether you opted in to study tips or resource emails.

How we use your information

We use this information to create and share your personalised planner, prevent duplicate planner creation, maintain our internal student registry, send the planner link and related service emails, and send marketing or study-resource emails only where you have opted in.

Newsletter and marketing

Marketing or study-resource emails are optional. You may unsubscribe from future marketing emails at any time. Planner delivery and essential service messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service you requested.

Data retention

We keep records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain planner access, resolve support issues and meet legitimate administrative or legal requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by trusted service providers used to operate and deliver Examwyz.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to information we may reasonably need to retain for legal, security or service-administration purposes.
